1. Copy the folder contents USRDIR (except the eboot. Bin) from your backup in dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000

2. Copy the file inside the archive PARAM.SFO in dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000

3. Copy the file to FALLOUT.ini dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000/USRDIR in dev_hdd0/game/FONV3000 you must have 2. Ini files in one and the other in USRDIR FONV3000

4. Reboot the PS3 (if you get an error restart the game).
